His Micro Finance Banking career Began with UBA MFB. A Subsidiary to United Bank of Africa(UBA) in 2009.Where he worked at different capacities Including Banking services, marketing/credit operation and, Head of Recovery Teams.
Prior to joining Rephidim micro finance Bank limited in 2018 as the Head of Recovery.
He is highly result oriented with a strong passion for higher performance and his core competence area include market/credit analysis, Risk Analysis, Portfolio Managenent, and strategy formulation on recovery
