Abia Emilia holds a B.Sc. degree in Accounting from the University of Benin. She is an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA) and an Associate Account Technician (AAT) with the institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
Prior to her appointment, she worked as the Pioneer Accountant for Vantage Consulting alongside her sister firm Vantage Migration Ltd.
She currently serves as the Financial Controller at Rephidim Microfinance Bank.
