The Bank was incorporated under the auspices of the Christian Pentecostal Mission Inc. as a vehicle for festering the divine mission of the church: that is, to reach out to the generality of the members of the public, especially the poor and less-privileged. Representing the Church arc some members of the Board, led by the General Overseer, Rev. Dr. O Ezekiel, who are well endowed to champion the cause of lifting the lowly out of poverty.
