Mr Mustapha holds a Bachelor degree from Imo State University.
He worked in the learning and development unit of UBA Academy an arm of United Bank of Africa Plc prior to joining Rephidim Microfinance Bank Ltd in 2018 as the Head of Business Development.
Cumulatively, He has over Twelve (12) years professional Banking experience, spanning training, Market research, Head Credit, investment/microfinance banking with reputable institutions which include MIC Microfinance Bank Ltd, UBA Plc, Shepherd Trust Microfinance Bank Ltd, Fortis Microfinance Bank Plc etc.
He is highly result oriented with a strong passion for high performance, and his core competence areas include customer relationship management, financial analysis/market analysis, business/product development, credit/risk analysis, MSME financing, portfolio management, and strategy formulation/implementation.
He is currently the Head of Marketing at Rephidim Microfinance Bank Limited.
