Rephidim Microfinance Bank limited (RMFB) was incorporated on the 24th day of May, 2010 and was duly licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) under the Banks and Other Financial Institutions Act (B0FIA) No. 25 of 1999. The Bank commenced operations on August 5, 2011.

Lucky Ikuewan

A result-oriented leader, Lucky holds an MBA in Financial Management and a PGD in Accounting from Ladoke Akintola University, alongside an HND in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic. He is a recognized Member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).

Lucky Ikuewan

Lucky is a seasoned professional with over 22 years of experience and a deep-seated mastery of the Nigerian financial services and institutional leadership. He began his career in 2001 at the Federal Airport Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) Headquarters, Ikeja, where he served as a Budget Control Officer. Following this foundational role, he transitioned fully into Microfinance banking, serving as Head of Audit and Compliance at Cedar MFB, GTI MFB, and Personal Trust MFB. His expertise in Auditing, Control, and Compliance paved the way for his transition into executive management, serving as the Managing Director of Network Microfinance Bank from 2018 to September 2019. Since March 2021, he has served as the Managing Director of Rephidim Microfinance Bank, where his visionary growth strategy and business transformation successfully steered the organization through complex integration and expansion phases. A result-oriented leader, Lucky holds an MBA in Financial Management and a PGD in Accounting from Ladoke Akintola University, alongside an HND in Accounting from Lagos State Polytechnic. Charles Egbochie

HEAD, OPERATIONS

Charles Egbochie is a seasoned banking professional with extensive experience spanning traditional operations and digital financial ecosystems. Currently serving as the Head of Operations and Digital Banking at Rephidim Microfinance Bank. He specializes in bridging the gap between rigorous institutional discipline and modern technological innovation. With a career built on over five years of operational excellence, Charles has consistently delivered high-level oversight in both his current and previous roles. He holds a Second-Class Upper degree in Economics and is a Microfinance Certified Professional (MCP) with the UK Microfinance Association. To further his strategic impact, he is currently advancing his leadership capacity through an MBA program. As a trained Data Scientist and Tech Enthusiast, Charles leverages a deep technical command of SQL, Python, Machine Learning, and Computer Vision. By integrating these cutting-edge tools into daily banking mechanics, he transforms complex data into actionable insights, ensuring secure, efficient, and data-driven banking operations. His unique dual expertise allows him to maintain the "engine room" of banking while pioneering the digital frontiers of the industry.

She began her career in the public sector as an Administrator in the National Assembly-House of Representatives. With more than a decade of experience spanning the corporate, legislative, and non-profit sectors, her unique background in governance, regulatory frameworks, and strategic advocacy compliments her ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. At Rephidim Microfinance Bank, she has been instrumental in transforming workplace culture, performance management, and organizational excellence bridging the gap between high-level organizational goals and daily operational execution. She aims to build high-performance, tech-forward environments that meet the demands of the modern financial landscape. Her academic foundation includes a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy, a Diploma, complemented by a BSc in Political Science from the University of Nigeria Nsukka. Professionally, she is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Hamid Akolawole Adisa

HEAD, CREDIT & RISK

Hamid Akolawole Adisa is a distinguished Head of Credit and Risk Management with over 15 years of comprehensive experience in the financial services sector. He specializes in steering high-level credit administration, loan portfolio management, and comprehensive risk mitigation strategies within microfinance institutions. Currently serving at Rephidim Microfinance Bank, Hamid has a proven track record of optimizing credit processing and loan monitoring frameworks to ensure institutional stability and growth. An accomplished leader with a deep understanding of banking operations, Hamid excels at navigating complex regulatory environments while maintaining the integrity of overall bank risk profiles. His career is marked by steady progression through leadership roles, including serving as a Commercial Supervisor at Accion Microfinance Bank and as a Branch Head. Adisa Hamid Akolawole has Master’s degree in Educational Management (M.Ed) and a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) Hons in Economics. Professionally, he is a Microfinance Certified Member (MCIB) and holds a Proficiency Certificate in Management from the Nigerian Institute of Management (NIM).

Sarah Kingsley-Ibeh

HEAD, INTERNAL CONTROL & AUDIT

Sarah Kingsley-Ibeh is the head of internal Audit and compliance department. She is a graduate of Economics and Statistics from the University of Benin, an associate chartered accountant and a certified Micro-finance practitional. She has over 4 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis and financial controls. She started her banking career with Olive Microfinance Bank where she worked round various department which cumulated to her 6 years wealth of experience in finance and regulatory controls within the Microfinance industry. She is a renowned chartered accountant vastly knowledgeable in IFRS and GAAP, involved in financial and managerial consulting, and firm on accurate and excellent reporting of financial information in line with applicable standards.

Ademola Bamshigbin

HEAD, FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

Ademola Bamishigbin is a distinguished Certified Microfinance Banker with over 17 years of leadership experience spanning internal control, auditing, and financial management. Currently serving as the Head of Finance and Administration at Rephidim Microfinance Bank, he brings a strategic, "possibility-thinking" approach to financial management, organizational growth and risk mitigation. With a strong academic foundation in Business Administration from The Federal Polytechnic, Ilaro, Ademola has held pivotal roles—including Head of Internal Audit and Branch Controller—at institutions such as LASU Microfinance Bank, New Women’s Microfinance Bank, and Edfin Microfinance Bank. Complementing his corporate career, he has successfully operated as an independent financial consultant, providing high-level advisory services to the sector. His expertise is further backed by specialized certifications in Risk-Based Internal Auditing (ICAN) and Management Reporting (NAMBLAG), making him a versatile asset in navigating the complexities of modern microfinance operations.

Joy O. Kosoko is a seasoned banking and finance professional with over 15 years of experience in microfinance operations, accounting, credit risk management, and business development. She holds a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accounting and has built a strong career delivering results across key roles including Accounting Officer, Branch Manager, Internal Control Officer, and Credit Risk Manager. Currently serving as Head of Marketing at Rephidim Microfinance Bank, Joy leads strategic marketing initiatives, customer acquisition, and portfolio growth while maintaining strong oversight on risk management and loan processes. She is known for her ability to drive business growth, build high-performing teams, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
